The Briarmeadow Subdivision was established December 29, 1957 and encompasses over 241 acres. Presently, 685 single family residences occupy the neighborhood. Briarmeadow is a community that values their property values and has a solid set of deed restrictions in place with an architectural committee that oversees and approves exterior improvements and exterior additions.
The Board of Directors, meet each month and carefully govern Architectural Control, Clubhouse maintenance, communications, deed restrictions, esplanade and park landscaping, finances, security, and the operation of the swimming pool. The Clubhouse is a central meeting place for Briarmeadow and is also available for private parties. It is also the precinct polling place for general elections and primaries.
