Meet Stephanie Magill

Originally from Burlington, Vermont, Stephanie Incavo Magill moved to Houston, following in her family's footsteps. Her family made Houston their home when her physician father accepted a position in Houston's medical center. Through this event, Stephanie's family formed a strong friendship with a Greenwood King agent in the area.

 

The agent's guidance in helping them find the right neighborhood and home for their work and lifestyle had a great impact on Stephanie. As a result, Stephanie understands the value in an agent's ability to listen and help others when buying or selling a home and, most importantly, when relocating to Houston.

 

Stephanie and her husband Brett currently reside in West University with their three sons and labrador after moving from the Galleria area. Stephanie has extensive knowledge in the West University, Larchmont, Briargrove and Tanglewood markets as well as the Heights, medical center, and all the neighborhoods in between. Her portfolio of past transactions is vast: she works wherever her clients are looking or selling, and has completed transactions all over the city and beyond. By 2015, Stephanie had achieved Top Producer status.

 

Following graduation from Cornell University, Stephanie was selected for Macy's Executive Development Program in New York City. In Houston, she interned at PaperCity Magazine and helped coach a St. John's middle school lacrosse team. She has enjoyed involvement with the Cornell Alumni Association of Greater Houston and the Houston Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. Stephanie is passionate about Houston, and all of her experiences combine to make her a successful agent.
