Meet Nano Cox

Life-long Houstonian Nano Cox offers a unique blend of strengths to her real estate clients. Nano became a Realtor® with Greenwood King Properties more than 15 years ago after 30 years as a CPA, and reviews each detail and angle of a real estate transaction through the prism of her exceptional business and financial acumen. Nano’s broad network of colleagues, clients and friends is one of her greatest assets and furnishes her with welcome repeat and referral business.

 

A recognized top producer, Nano achieves results and makes her clients’ goals in their home buying or selling processes her priority. Along with actively shepherding each transaction to closing, she routinely reviews market trends and activity on a daily basis and keeps her clients informed and confident. Nano works with clients at every stage of life from first-time home buyers to empty-nesters. She holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and assists numerous senior clients in their real estate transactions.

 

Raised in the close-in Memorial area, Nano has lived in West University for more than 30 years. Her knowledge of Houston’s traditional, inside-the-Loop neighborhoods and enclaves is unsurpassed, and she focuses particularly on areas near or in River Oaks, Southampton, West University, and the Texas Medical Center.

 

Nano consistently demonstrates a deep commitment to her community. She has served as a docent at the Bayou Bend Collection for many years and held a number of meaningful volunteer positions for schools, colleges, hospitals, churches, and private clubs.

 

When time permits, Nano loves spending time with her grandson, playing tennis, biking, and traveling “all over the world.”
