Meet Kris Holt

Kris Holt arrived in Houston in 1980 from her home state of Massachusetts to pursue a career as a geologist in the Texas oil fields. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire. After many exciting years as an independent exploration geologist, Kris entered the real estate business where her seeking, finding and negotiating skills could be utilized.

 

Having gone from one vibrant and volatile industry to another, Kris understands the emotions involved in buying and selling homes. She combines business expertise and financial savvy with a sincere, personable interest in her clients. In 2014, Kris co-authored a book, "Southside Place" available in all area bookstores, City Hall and online through Amazon.
