Meet Jan Greer

Since becoming a Realtor® in 1992, Jan Greer has made each year of her career more successful than the last. In her debut year in Houston real estate, she was named “Rookie of the Year” and has never looked back, remaining a consistent top producer from that point.

Client satisfaction is Jan’s top priority. She endeavors to make the buying and selling process as pleasant as possible, taking care of the details, and doing the legwork on her clients’ behalf. Conscientious and tenacious, Jan’s hard work and commitment ensure a smooth transaction. She is a people person which is apparent by the many happy buyers and sellers Jan has worked with in addition to her wide circle of friends and acquaintances, some of which overlap.

A resident of Houston for more than 40 years, Jan’s knowledge of the city is a true asset to her clients.  She focuses much of her professional attention on neighborhoods such as River Oaks, Avalon, West University, Bellaire, the Memorial Villages, Briargrove, Tanglewood, Highland Village, Camp Logan/Rice Military, the Heights, and Inner Loop areas.  Markers of Jan’s success are her production, recognitions and designations including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). She also holds a real estate license in New Hampshire.

A member of the Junior League of Houston and the Bayou Bend Docent Organization, Jan believes her involvement in the community has enhanced her organizational skills, provided many new experiences, enriched her spirit and reminded her of the importance of being flexible.

When she’s not focusing on her career, Jan finds time to enjoy reading, needlepoint, walking, and traveling. She is married with two grown children.
