Meet Bill Phillips

Bill Phillips has been a recognized NAR member in The Woodlands and surrounding area since 2003. Bill’s expert knowledge of finance, contracts, and negotiation coupled with his extreme patience and willingness to listen has proven invaluable to his many clients and results in steady repeat, first time, referral and corporate relocation business. Bill's effective and cutting edge marketing techniques are individually tailored to suit each sellers needs for maximum exposure.

Bill is designated as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Million Dollar Guild, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

Bill was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country. He played both basketball and baseball for Texas Lutheran University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. Living in different areas of the country exposed Bill to a variety of housing markets and fostered his appreciation of regional architectures.
