Rosé Pops

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. berry purée
  • 1½ cups dry rosé (about half of a 750 ml bottle)
  • 1 cup whole or sliced fresh strawberries and raspberries, blackberries or blueberries
  • Prosecco or Champagne of your choice

How to make it:

Blend berry purée and dry rose. Fold in the fresh berries. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Cover the molds with foil and then press popsicle sticks through the foil, so they remain vertical in the center of the mold. Freeze 1-2 hours or until completely frozen. Take out of the mold, place in a glass and pour prosecco or champagne over the popsicle.
