Meet Sharon Smith

Native Houstonian Sharon Smith understands Houston’s ever-changing real estate market. Over the years, Sharon has lived in neighborhoods across the Houston metropolitan area and has extensive knowledge of the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, Briargrove, The Heights, Garden Oaks, Bellaire, Meyerland, and other traditional areas.

 

“Prior to beginning my real estate career, I knew that working with individuals and families to help them find the perfect home was what I really wanted to do. I am excited every day to be fulfilling that personal dream,” Sharon says. “I love to walk into a home, whether an older home that needs work or one that has been recently completed or is under construction, and help guide a potential buyer to recognize the potential that is often so hard to see.”

 

Sharon graduated from the University of St. Thomas with an MBA in accounting. She worked as an external auditor for one of the largest CPA firms and later as an internal auditor at a Fortune 500 company. Sharon has the professional ease and ability to work with and negotiate even the most unusual transactions. That business experience, coupled with honed analytical and negotiating skills, provides her clients with a decided advantage.
