Meet Sharon Brier

Once you meet Sharon, expect to have a friend for life. She doesn't consider that her relationships with people relating to her real estate career have to end after the transaction. Sometimes it is just the beginning.

 

Her patience, willingness to listen and personal interest in her clients combined with the right combination of assertiveness, persistency and diplomacy have made her consistently one of Greenwood King's top producers. Although she takes her job seriously, she is always able to maintain a sense of humor.

 

Sharon is a walking real estate encyclopedia with information on neighborhoods, schools, churches, synagogues and community events. She knows how to obtain the information that you need. Her communication skills were developed as a leader in many of Houston's non-profit organizations and at the University of Texas where she majored in Communication (Radio-TV-Film). She was featured on HGTV on Two Brothers Leave the Nest.

 

Her visual and creative talents, combined with her over 30 years of experience in real estate help buyers and sellers determine where to spend their money in improving properties to maximize their return. In fact, Sharon writes articles for various magazines that feature homes and community information.

Giving back to the community is important to Sharon’s values. She was a VP of Fundraising for Leadership Houston and is on the Advisory Board of The Children’s Museum. In 1996 she received the SAVVY Award for starting The Children’s Museum. She is also a member of the Houston Junior Forum, Leadership Houston and former President of Memorial Garden Club, Hunters Creek Garden Club and Anne Frank Hadassah. She has chaired several fundraisers for City ArtWorks.

 

One of her favorite pastimes is to throw an unforgettable party and introduce her clients and friends to other people that have common interests.
