Meet Sarah Kelly

Living in Houston for over 20 years has given Sarah Kelly a good body of knowledge in the local residential real estate market. With a background in sales, she possesses excellent negotiating skills and has real estate designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Her persistence, dedication, and attention to detail put her a step ahead in residential resale. Her first year at Greenwood King, Sarah was chosen Rookie of the Year at her office.

 

Over the years, Sarah has lived in several states in different regions of the country, giving her an ability to understand other perspectives, customs, and interests. In addition, she has traveled in Russia, Finland, Sweden, France, Germany, Czech Republic, and Italy, further broadening her view of people and the world. Raising two wonderful children and being married for over 40 years, Sarah has grown accustomed to putting others’ needs before her own.

 

She is involved with activities that coordinate her interests in service and family life. Her church commitments have included serving as chairman of the board of trustees, conducting church services for a term of three years as a lay reader, and varied committee work. She served on the PTO board at her son’s public school and worked on many fundraising events at her daughter’s private schools. She has served on the Friends Board of Camp for All, the board of the Brookwood Volunteers Association of The Brookwood Community, and is a volunteer/mentor at Covenant House Texas, a facility that helps homeless young adults.

 

The qualities that drew Sarah to Greenwood King were the refined professional atmosphere emanating from the principals, management, and associates, coupled with its sterling reputation in the community.
