Meet Mary Frances DuMay

Mary Frances Anderson DuMay, a native Houstonian and 25-year Broker Associate, specializes in West University, River Oaks, and neighborhoods near the Texas Medical Center. Mary Frances’ clients, fellow Brokers and Realtors admire her authenticity, trustworthiness and integrity. She is an esteemed industry leader who lives by ‘the golden rule’.

Committed to the West University community, Mary Frances is the presenting sponsor for “Party on the Patio” for the sixth consecutive year. P.O.P. is West U’s summer concert series and a longstanding neighborhood tradition. She is a past Co-Chair of the West U’s Park Lovers’ Ball. Mary Frances and her family donated a new oak tree to Colonial Park in 2021.

Mary Frances is married to David, and they have three sons: Clayton (U.S. Army), Conner (SMU junior) and Patrick (St. Francis Episcopal HS senior). She’s a Dog Mom to Lucky (Labrador Retriever) and Penny (Australian Shepherd). Mary Frances plays golf and tennis when Houston’s weather cooperates! She enjoys traveling, mahjong, and gardening.

Before selling real estate, Mary Frances was a sports director/anchor at an NBC affiliate TV station. She filmed, produced, and reported on local sports in West Texas. Mary Frances was previously employed by Fox Sports Net and worked a second job as a stage manager at Houston Astros, Rockets, and Aeros games in the late 1990s.
