Meet Cliff Helmcamp

A native Houstonian with natural born enthusiasm for ‘house hunting’ and innate understanding of the needs and tastes of others, Cliff brings unique insight and style to his chosen field. A graduate of Lutheran High School and the University of Houston, BBA Finance, Cliff is a U.S. Army Vietnam era veteran, active and a lay Eucharistic minister and choir member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Rice University Village, the father of three grown children, and grandfather of Clayton, Meryl, Oona, and Theodore.

 

Alert to the current and ever-changing inventory of attractive properties in desirable, established neighborhoods, Cliff is also well-versed in identifying residential income opportunities for real estate investments appropriate in today’s market. He is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, and a Top Producer.

 

Prior real estate, Cliff was a widely respected member of the business community as the owner and operator of two Kwik-Kopy franchises in Houston. He is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Harrisburg. Former board memberships include the East End Chamber of Commerce, the University of Houston College of Business Alumni, the Cossaboom YMCA, and Lutheran High School.

 

Cliff’s own residence is an elegant architectural gem inside-the-loop, designed by Dillon Kyle, with cathedral ceilings, charming and sophisticated interiors rich with art and intriguing collections of crafts and treasures, and tucked away, a tiny, lush courtyard of gently trailing greenery and urns of blossoms.
