Claire Day is a fourth generation Houstonian and a second generation Realtor with deep roots in the city she proudly serves. Having grown up in the Memorial area and owned homes in Memorial, Spring Valley, The Heights, and now West University/Southside Place, Claire offers an unmatched, hyper-local understanding of Houston's most sought after neighborhoods and luxury markets.

Serving Houston's luxury real estate clientele, Claire is known for her strong network of high-net-worth buyers, sellers, and fellow top agents. In 2025, she was recognized as Top Producer, generating 7x more sales volume within her first year in real estate, a reflection of her strategic approach, market expertise, and trusted relationships.

Claire combines sharp negotiation skills with a keen eye for design and value creation, allowing her to see the potential in homes that others may overlook. A native Houstonian with deep community ties, Claire remains actively involved in serving and supporting her city through volunteering, school involvement, and local organizations. Her business is built on relationships, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease. 

Claire attended Stratford High School and Texas Tech University, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education, and remains an active alumni member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She is married to her high school sweetheart and together they are raising three young children. When she is not working on behalf of her clients and their Happy Homes, Claire enjoys time with her family, volunteering, hosting dinner parties, traveling, and spending time outdoors with their two dogs, Sonny and Elvis.
