Meet Alan Angeron

As a Realtor® with Greenwood King Properties, Alan Angeron assists clients from first-time home buyers to empty-nesters. Alan’s approach to servicing his clients is best illustrated by an incident that occurred while negotiating a contract. His client, a police officer, was comfortable signing documents only in person. Alan drove to meet him, documents in hand and ready for signature, as he directed traffic on the side of a busy Houston freeway.

“I told him I’d do anything for him as his agent, and I meant it,” Alan says. “When someone depends on me, I’m motivated to go beyond what is expected.”

Clearly, Alan works from the heart. Driven by loyalty, responsibility, and a genuine desire to help, he’s wired to step up and solve problems. “I want each client to walk away feeling cared for. I want them to say, ‘He showed up, he communicated, and he delivered.’ If you listen well, understand what people need, and protect their best interests, the sale comes naturally.”

Alan draws on a solid background of customer service, communication, and problem-solving. He worked for 15 years in the hospitality industry where he learned to focus, stay organized, remain calm, and keep the lines of communication open and clear. The experience gained from managing fast-moving situations and making sure people’s needs were met quickly and accurately prepared him well for his real estate career.

A native of Patterson, Louisiana, Alan attended Florida State University. He enjoys golfing and working on home improvements with his wife, and they are members of Grand Parkway Baptist Church.
